How to read this: share of 2019 execution declared in SigPC over the federal FNDE transfer — a preliminary historical record, not a ranking or a measure of current performance. It does not capture own-source funds, later years, menu composition or organic purchases. Percentages above 100% occur when declared purchases exceed the year's transfer (for example, use of carried-over balances). Accountability reports were under review and the data was subject to change.
